Thirteen children and a teacher were injured when a wall at a privately-run kindergarten in northwest China's Shaanxi province collapsed, an official said Wednesday.

The accident happened Tuesday in a village in Jingyang county, when the wall of a house adjacent to the kindergarten toppled and crashed into the kindergarten's wall, Xinhua quoted a spokesman with county government as saying.
